Based on the recommendations of the International Olympic Committee and World Sailing, the participation of Russian and Belarusian sailors and officials in Estonian regattas is excluded. The exclusion does not include sailors from Russia or Belarus who are residents of Estonia and members of EJL member organizations. The persons in question must be registered for the competition or other event as a representative of the Estonian club. Exclusion shall be in accordance with RRS 76.1.
